• I confirm that I have provided the correct model, color, and description of all issues applicable to this repair. Inaccurate details may result in the wrong part being ordered, which may incur additional charges to reorder the correct part.
• I understand that a deposit is required to place a special order. Once paid, this deposit is non-refundable.
• I acknowledge that overnight or expedited shipping is never guaranteed. Delivery times are estimates and may be delayed due to the carrier or other unforeseen circumstances.
• I understand that I have 14 days from the date my part arrives to bring in my device for repair. Big Time Phone Repair will notify me when the part has arrived.

Motherboard Repair Policy – Big Time Phone Repair

• I understand that motherboard repairs are complex, may not always be successful, and my device may be irreparable even after diagnostic or repair attempts.
• I understand that down payments and diagnostic deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward the repair cost.
• I understand that typical turnaround time is 5–12 business days.
• I understand that a passcode may be required for certain data recovery or repair verification.
• I understand that additional or hidden issues may be discovered during repair (for example, restoring power may reveal other problems such as a faulty screen, camera, or battery), and that my approval will be required before any extra work is performed.

Mail-In Repair Agreement – Big Time Phone Repair

• I agree to ship my device to the address above via UPS, and to include a prepaid UPS return shipping label inside the box.
• I agree that I am the rightful owner of the device and that I have provided accurate details regarding the device model and the issues it is experiencing, and I confirm that I have called into the store or sent an Instagram DM if any questions were needed.
• I agree that if the device model or reported issues differ from what was described, additional charges may apply, or the device may be returned unrepaired. If additional unknown issues are found, I understand that I will be contacted to approve any further repairs.
• I agree that I am responsible for shipping the device to Big Time Phone Repair at the address above.
• I agree that I have provided accurate IMEI/serial number, device details, and photos of the device if applicable.
• I agree that in the event of a defective repair covered by warranty, Big Time Phone Repair will cover return shipping for the replacement or fix.
