By proceeding, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

-I agree to pay the deposit as discussed with Big Time Phone Repair. I understand this deposit is required to begin the repair process and is non-refundable.

-I confirm that I have provided accurate details regarding the model, color, and issue(s) with my device. I understand that any additional issues not originally disclosed, such as bent frames, motherboard damage, or other underlying problems discovered during or after the repair, are considered separate and may incur additional charges. Providing inaccurate or incomplete information may delay the repair and require reordering of the correct parts.

-If Big Time Phone Repair is unable to complete the repair due to circumstances beyond our control, a refund may be issued. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

-I acknowledge that I have 14 days from the date the necessary parts arrive at Big Time Phone Repair to bring in my device. If I do not return within this timeframe, the order will be canceled, and no refund will be issued. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
